Timeless Tulips

1. Remove all packaging including the water bag within 2 hours and trim the stems 2-4cm from the bottom, at an angle

2. Place the flowers in a vase of fresh, cold water along with the food provided. Your flowers love clean, fresh water too!

3. Remove any foliage that would fall below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water.

4. Change the water completely after day two and clean the vase thoroughly before refilling. Try to change the water regularly to keep the flowers happy and healthy, and keep the vase at least three-quarters full of water. Remember, the more flowers in your arrangement, the more water they will consume!

5. Ensure the flowers are positioned in a cool area,
out of direct sunlight, away from drafts or heating.
Avoid extreme temperatures.

To ensure your florals remain fresh, we only dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.

All floral orders have a minimum notice period of 2 working days prior to delivery date.

Local Delivery available in Stoke-on-Trent (within 10 mile radius).

As each floral is individually packaged, we cannot dispatch multiple florals together. Multiple florals purchased will incur a delivery charge on each item.

We can dispatch multiple orders to different addresses. Please contact us immediately after placing your order. 

Deliveries to be made on a Saturday will incur additional cost. Please ensure you select the correct shipping fee at checkout or your order will not be fulfilled until the correct fee is paid.

We're confident that our florals will exceed your expectations.

If for any reason one of the flowers displayed are not available we will use a replacement of equal or greater value. You will be notified via email.
